We are currently seeking a Wholesale & Commercial assistant/ Back Office to join the wholesale department.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role will support the team in following:
 
Key responsibilities:
 
•           Team support during markets (before, during and after the appointments);
enter and update customer orders and assist business analyst during day-to-day reporting.  Assist appointments with clients.
•           Monitor stock levels for key accounts, coordinate replenishment suggestions.
•           Support the team with miscellaneous operation such as swaps, payments, shipments and admin related tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements:
 
•           Fluency in Italian and English
•           Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•           Proficiency in data management tool knowledge
•           Excellent time management and follow up skills.
•           Excellent organization and communication skills
•           Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
