Responsibilities
• Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers• Manage day-to-day operations, running campaigns for multiple paid search clients• Ensure success and effectiveness of performance marketing properties• Dive deep into data for actionable insights influencing strategic decisions• Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities and A/B test market strategies for improved performance• Utilize a proven playbook and iterate for massive profitability• Develop best-in-class strategies for managing Paid Search campaigns• Strategically drive optimization, implement recommendations, and inspire team creativity• Immerse in clients' business, understanding goals and economic environment• Maintain relationships with external partners, including clients and technology• Identify innovative ways to expand and optimize paid channels
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required• 10+ years of Digital Marketing experience with 5+ years of paid search with aggressive ROI is required• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth business with 30+ client campaigns is required• Proven ability to manage 8-figure budgets and drive efficient revenue growth is required• Strong analytical and technical skillset with highly proficient Excel skills is required• Ability to collaborate in-office 1 day per week (Th) & possible 2 days in the future (Tu/Th) is required
