Position Summary:

We are seeking a Visual Designer/UX Designer to join our team focused on developing educational games for preprimary children aged 36. Our mission is to make learning fun and engaging by delivering highquality educational content through games. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting concepts to outstanding visuals for these games.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Deliver compelling visually appealing graphics and game flows for different sets of games.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product engineering and education teams to ensure design specifications align with organizational goals.
• Conduct user research and testing on field with actual user base.
• Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into visual design to enhance the user experience.
• Manage graphic libraries and design assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual arts or related field.
• Proven design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like figma and adobe creative suite.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interactions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
