The products manufactured by the Plant are distributed in over 30 countries, for mass market. For our reality, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Plant, located in Settimo Torinese (Turin).
Mission💪
Ensure manufactured products meet the standards set by the Group's quality system in order to guarantee the respect of local legislation and the compliance with the Group policies and procedures
Main responsibilities
- Share own expertise in plant quality systems (processing, packaging, quality system, document management, quality management, etc.) to provide specialist input on plant quality systems
- Share Group and Zone initiatives and implement the key insights
- Support the Team on quality and digital projects to make sure that plant, suppliers and subcontractors are all comply with the quality system
- Be a key partner for all departments and unit productions and animate and promote locally good practices
- Use and analyze quality KPIs and monitor action plans to improve quality
- Support quality project implementation and submit regular updates to management
- Run quality training sessions
- Coordinate quality operations for product launches
Profile
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Fluent in English and French - Italian is a plus
- Proficiency in Office tools and data analyst (Power BI, Power Apps)
- Previous work experience in the Operations/Manufacturing context
- Capability to build relationship with different stakeholders, both external and into the Plant
- A good level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn
- Cooperative, solution-focused approach, and strong communication skills
