Responsibilities
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for new international markets• Manage and expand sales operations in existing countries• Oversee sales process and stimulate upselling• Collaborate on pricing plan definition and revision• Build and maintain key relationships with customers and partners• Define and supervise partnership strategy• Collaborate with other departments to support go-to-market strategy• Monitor market trends and competition• Manage, train, and develop sales team• Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
• Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology context• Experience in penetrating new markets and developing international business strategies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment• Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of German is a plus• Willingness to travel frequently
