RINA is currently recruiting for a Verification & Validation Junior Consultant to join its office in Rome within the Aerospace & Defence Division.
Mission
This role focuses on safety critical avionics software verification and validation activities, providing support to SW developers in designing solutions.
Key Accountabilities
The Candidate will be part of a team of V&V engineers based in Rome, and will have the following responsibilities:
- Review SW Test Cases & Procedure
- Update SW Test Cases & Procedure and create new one starting from Requirements
- Execute SW Tests Cases
- Manage Testing Documentation (e.g SW Verification Cases & Procedures, SW Verification Results)
The following technical skills are required:
- Ability to write SW testing and verification documentation.
- Knowledge of C /C++ programming languages
The following skills are considered preferable:
- Knowledge of software safety aspects and the DO-178C standard
