Trend Sales Manager, HOKA - Italy

The Role:
In this role you will care for the long-term management & strategic revenue growth of the HOKA within your territory.
You will continue to build strong commercial relationships with key trend and lifestyle partners and bolster HOKA brand credibility.
Your Impact:
* Plan and deliver new season range sell-in to existing and potential partners
* Prepare and share sales reports, sell through information and other necessary information on the accounts with Head of Sales and wider team
* Develop a global-benchmark business model for serving the trend/lifestyle channel, evaluating both internal and external options
* Build strong commercial relationships with key trend and lifestyle partners (accounts) and bolster brand credibility
* Deeply engage in seasonal GTM processes culminating in the management of seasonal forecasting, assortment building, sell-ins, and order book management
* Actively and accurately monitor the market, both regarding HOKA performance as well as competitors
* Build and present holistic business plans for the Trend and Lifestyle channel to Head of Sales and key internal stakeholders

We would Love to Hear from People with:
* Previous experience working in a wholesale sales role within the fashion and lifestyle retailers
* Footwear sales experience is a plus
* Experience working in a multi-faceted, dynamic working environment
* Ability to travel both in Italy and internationally as required
