This role offers a competitive fixed rate, weekly hours of 40-60, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic farm environment. Free accommodation and food are provided on the farm, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful season.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tractor operations, mulching, root cutting, and irrigation.
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Spreading fertilizer on row crop and side busting.
- Sowing of winter crop.
- Other duties as directed by the site supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have tractor operation experience.
- Be willing to undertake maintenance duties.
- Be physically fit for labor-intensive tasks.
