What you will do:

• Manage multiple concurrent medium to large-scale projects and balance competing priorities
• Lead all aspects of program management for several of Maxon’s product teams, ensuring that features are developed and delivered on time with the appropriate level of quality
• Create project plans and drive deliveries ensuring that milestones and requirements are met
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to manage cross team dependencies
• Effectively manage changes by partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, changes are communicated, and plans are adjusted to align with goals and requirements
• Identify risks, proactively drive risk mitigation plans, and remove roadblocks
• Report project status clearly and transparently to a broad group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Drive alignment on process to optimize workflows, improve efficiency and release quality products
• Facilitate communication across teams and departments to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of project tools and processes, recommending improvements and innovations

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex software projects
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and follow through
• A self-motivated, proactive individual with a strong focus on process and metrics and a bias toward action
• An excellent communicator able to build relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders at different levels of the organization in a globally distributed team environment
• A strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and/or Scrum methodologies
• Experience identifying and managing complex technical dependencies
• Prior experience working in creative industries or with 3D technologies is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
