We work every day driven by a deep passion to offer to our tenants the most exclusive luxury environment and services to best valorize their off-price sales. The Mall Luxury Outlets is looking for a Relational Marketing Account who will give essential support to the Relational Marketing & CRM function, delivering a relevant client experience to our most important guests and to the clients enrolling to The Mall Club Loyalty ProgramHow you will contribute Greet customers and provide information about the loyalty programProactively propose membership to TMCWork closely with The Mall Private Concierge to build customer loyalty and organize activities dedicated to VICsMonitor and manage the materials produced for the TMCManage The Mall Mate services at The Mall FirenzeSupport team’s needs and be a reliable asset for the development of the function and suggesting improvement actionsLiaise with The Mall partners in a professional and polite way, to ensure the best services to The Mall clientsSupport any kind of Relational Marketing projectsWho you are An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking personA positive person with a proven Relational Marketing background preferably from within luxury fashionA fluent Italian and English communicator.
