Job Summary
Test Factory & Modelling belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead End-to End technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliver results in line with our Innovation Strategy. Within the Test Factory & Modelling organization we find Test Factory Integration. Test Factory Integration work across our Test Factory's and with our Programs and scrum-teams around us.
Test Factory Integration is co-responsible for the common Test Factory concept to be applied across all test factories - Lund & Modena.
* As a TFE, execute V&V strategies, securing the resources and competencies needed.
* Will continue to enable and develop our testing capabilities.
* Responsible for driving and continuously improve Operating Model & Physical testing methodology.
We are looking for a Test Factory Expert that can take the responsibility to secure the verification and validation needs from our Programs. In this role you will plan and coordinate test, on a day-to-day basis.
This is a permanent position based in Modena (Italy).
What you will do
* Primary role is being the Test Factory interface towards programs & Scrum-teams
* Contribute to an agile Test Factory
* Drive the communication towards stakeholders about our Operating Model and Physical testing methodology, making sure it's understood and implemented
* Coach in Test Specification and Test Report writing
* Support and guide development teams to plan and perform verification and validation activities in an optimal way
* Secure that OHS rules are followed in the Test Hall
* Secure that Test Factory equipment maintenance is planned
We believe you have
* You have a University Degree or other relevant education
* You have some working experience in verification and validation
* You have a strong collaborative approach and build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and the team that you will be leading test plans for
* You are a flexible person that is open to change and keen in finding solutions to others needs
* You can drive constructive discussion regarding prioritization, challenge test request and test results
* You work supporting a dynamic environment having a positive attitude and good communication skills
* You have a high interested in Verification and Validation methodology and looking for continuous improvement
* You have pro-active and structured working approach and problem-solving ability
* You have quality and safety mindset
