Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a Reception Admin Assistant Helpdesk (addetto gare d'appalto nella pubblica amministrazione)
The profile will be working for one of the offices based in Rome. and will be requested to perform frequent missions on the field, to provide related support to local offices.
The profile will be responsible for the following tasks under the coordination and supervision of the Coordinator and the authority’s line manager:
• Provide Administrative and legal support to the national authorities and reception management in the planning and implementation of reception related activities;
• Support the collection and processing of data and information required to support the management of the reception system and/or reception centres;
• Support the relevant authorities to collect and record qualitative and quantitative data concerning the national reception system.
• Support to Central Office in the activities related to the management and expansion of the Italian Reception system as per existing legal framework and tender procedures requirements.
• Support the effective liaison and operational coordination mechanism between Central and local offices in relation to issues and technical questions to implement the legal framework regulating the tender procedures to expand the reception capacity at local level, and ensure an effective technical response system (FAQs, Helpdesk service).
• Support to Central Office in analysing most urgent reception expansion capacity needs of Prefectures in order to establish a technical and operational support in the management of the tender procedure.
• Support the national authorities with ad-hoc missions at field level, when required.
• Ensure effective communication flow between Central Office and local authorities.
• Organise and maintain paper and/or electronic files and update relevant reports.
• Perform any other duties in the interest of the service.
Responsabilità:
Availability to full-time fixed- term contract through Adecco until 30.09.2024
Gross monthly salary 3043€
