Front Office Receptionist
Responsabilities:
– Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
– Answer phones and place reservations
– Respond to any questions or information from guests
-Check-out service
Requirments:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels covering the same position
– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
– Provide a high standard of customer service
– Good problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask
– Fluent english
