Responsibilities
• Partnering with Technical Sales and customers during product definition and requirements gathering• Establishing and maintaining relationships with required external and internal interfaces• Being the technical focal point for commercial & sales team and customers• Leading all technical aspects of internal and external engagements and partnerships• Owning and creating best technical solution to satisfy customer's "Critical to Quality" (CTQs)• Reviewing customer specification and creating technical comments and clarification• Proposing "value to customer"• Fueling passion for the role
Requirements
• Master's degree in relevant technical discipline• Engineering knowledge of design and simulation tools for industrial rotating equipment• Ability to interpret customer specification and technical regulation requirements• Awareness of commercial issues and market led product development• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Professional proficiency in English
