Description
Activities:
- Reference point/team management of internal technical resources of the four lines of business (inverter, plc, hmi, soft starters)
- Definition of technical assistance strategy together with the GM
- Coordination of the support and technical assistance to the different product lines
- Management of the product maintenance business
- Management of spare parts warehouse (forecasting and order)
- Technical support of the sales network with the costumers
- Technical support on the plants for the star up applications
- Phone technical support to costumers for the four business lines
- Budget responsibility for the technical assistance
- Management of warranty claims
- Interface with the HQ on technical issues
Requirements:
- Technical background (Industrial automation)
- Fluent English
- Not less 10 years’ experience in automation field
- Knowledge of SAP
- Travel availability
- Flexibility and proactivity
