Technical Manager Industrial Automation

Description

Activities:

• Reference point/team management of internal technical resources of the four lines of business (inverter, plc, hmi, soft starters)
• Definition of technical assistance strategy together with the GM
• Coordination of the support and technical assistance to the different product lines
• Management of the product maintenance business
• Management of spare parts warehouse (forecasting and order)
• Technical support of the sales network with the costumers
• Technical support on the plants for the star up applications
• Phone technical support to costumers for the four business lines
• Budget responsibility for the technical assistance
• Management of warranty claims
• Interface with the HQ on technical issues

Requirements:

• Technical background (Industrial automation)
• Fluent English
• Not less 10 years’ experience in automation field
• Knowledge of SAP
• Travel availability
• Flexibility and proactivity
