About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Feasibility and Process Designer to support Group innovation  and  technical development within the ice cream  area. 
In this position, you will contribute to the structuring and development of the Group's know-how and support projects by conducting feasibility studies  and defining proper  technological solutions worldwide. You will work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate closely with various departments.

Main responsibilities:

Research and Development
You will support innovation in your area of competence, developing technologies and providing guidelines for prototype creation, in partnership with the new product development process. As a facilitator for industrialization and continuous improvement, you will ensure that the technical and technological development of new products adheres to Group standards.

Innovation
As far as innovation is concerned, you will analyze production processes and current technologies to identify potential improvements. In synergy with Technical Procurement, you will explore new technological solutions available on the market and contribute to supplier development. Your insights and recommendations will help drive technological advancements and improvements.

Feasibility studies
You will conduct feasibility studies based on received brief, supporting project structures and project management in analyzing investments. You will verify hypotheses concerning costs and timings for implementing new technologies. Additionally, you will assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

With a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering or equivalent, along with ideally 1-4 years of work experience, you will excel in this role. 
Your capability to work independently, together with your strong problem-solving and analytical skills will be a key asset for us. 

Last but not least, your fluency in both English and Italian languages will allow you to effectively interact with different levels of stakeholders on a Global scale.
