Talent Impact Expert Italy (m/f)

Bayer Italy is looking for a bright candidate as Talent Impact Expert to join our HR Team.

You will promote the implementation of Talent Management (TM) approach in Italy by working cross functional in the different areas (e.g., Development, Performance Management, Talent Attraction). You will implement the DE&I system (programs, initiatives, policies, processes, etc.) supporting Bayer's DE&I 2030 ambitions. In addition, starting with a data analysis, you will identify and implement programs and tools to strengthen Talent Development, Talent Attraction and DE&I initiatives.

 

You will report directly to the Country HR Head - Italy.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • Implement global projects by customizing international guidelines to local context and promoting in TM and Talent Acquisition (TA) communities’ business needs
  • Work within the Global Talent Impact Community, contributing to the definition of initiatives for the development of models, processes, procedures and tools for DSO culture (Dynamic Shared Ownership), supporting country needs, promoting local initiatives, implementing global projects at country level, liaising with the local HR community and providing all necessarysupport
  • Ensure the implementation and enforcement of people development and performance management processes, in line with the needs of the company, the DE&I approach, Talent Impact and in liaison with the local and regional HR community
  • Ensure the correct selection and recruitment process (in the light of DE&I), supporting TA needs by acting as TA point of contact for the HR community and dedicated RPOs
  • Gather and analyze needs and requirements for talent development and Talent Attraction from stakeholders to design and develop initiatives/projects based on business needs and future management scenarios
  • Identify universities and business schools to develop projects to strengthen the acquisition/attraction approach, networking, and early-stage development
  • Plan and manage local assessment/development center sessions ensuring consistency with the ITM approach and methodology
  • Strengthen managers’ and employees’ awareness and knowledge of Bayer culture, development and performance management approach, processes, tools, and DE&I related Policies/Directives by defining and implementing communication, information sessions and projects (e.g., Respect at Work, TA Directive; DE&I System and DE&I Champion team)

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Master’s Degree, with a focus on Human Resources
  • At least 5-7 years of previous experience in an HR function with specific experience in Training within a complex and multicultural environment
  • Drive results through good interpersonal, partnering skills and trustful relationships
  • Social-media knowledge and data analysis mindset
  • Experienced in project management and audit
  • Ability to plan and to integrate multiple TA/TM activities
  • Experienced in TA approach (sourcing and tools like LinkedIn, Eightfold, SF, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of Italian market and Labor legislation
  • Italian mother tongue
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
