Main activities and responsibilities:

- Recruitment of new Talents in Retail and Corporate sectors.
- Building relationship with the internal customers.
- Supervision of the induction process and accompaniment of new resources within the organisation (Talent Induction);
- Negotiation
- Employer branding activities;
- Managing relations with external suppliers / Contracts.
Profilo
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- +3 years of experience in the same role within a fashion/luxury company.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactivity and dynamism complete the profile.
