System Testing Specialist

We are looking for a System Testing Specialist that will be responsible for testing of COSMED medical devices (“Devices”).

The ideal candidate will be responsible to:
-Ensure the effective and efficient testing of Devices,
-Ensure the correct assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Tasks:
-Carry out testing of Devices, assemblies and sub-assemblies according to the Test Procedures and Construction Documentation, following the Work Procedures.
-Guarantee the conformity of the Devices with the required requirements and report any non-conformities according to company procedures.
-Assemble, where required, assemblies and sub-assemblies according to the Construction Documentation.
-Serialize the tested Devices.
-Draw up the test summary.
-Deliver the tested Devices for packaging to order processing.
-Draw up, verify and archive the testing documentation of the Devices.
-Participate in periodic physical inventory operations of the warehouse.
Studies:
-Technical Institute Diploma preferably in Electronics (Diploma di Istituto Tecnico preferibilmente in Elettronica).
Technical skills:
Excellent knowledge of
-Office
-WEB navigation
Excellent digital competencies in
-Information and data literacy
-Communication and collaboration
-Problem solving
Significant knowledge of electronics.
-Basic knowledge of pneumatics.
Basic knowledge of measurement methods and techniques and ability to use measurement tools such as
-Multimeter
-Welder
-Caliber
-Oscilloscope (would be a plus)
-Lathe (would be a plus)
Language skills:
-Good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Italian is required.
Experience:
-At least two years in a similar position, preferably in the sector of medical devices.
