[SPEAKING ITALIAN IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION] Since 2014, (COMPANY NAME) has been revolutionising daily mobility to make transport more sustainable, friendly and equitable. (COMPANY NAME) has developed a mobile carpooling technology to transform the millions of empty seats in individual cars into real collective transport networks. Our 1 million Karos members carpool as they would take the bus or metro, saving time, money (average of EUR97/month), and CO2 emissions (over 15,000 Paris-New York flights have already been avoided!). For operations, our partner municipalities and large companies fund and support carpooling promotion for their residents and employees and in many countries we operate in, carpooling is recognised as a new mode of public transport. To facilitate the shift to more affordable and Sustainable Mobility for all, (COMPANY NAME) has raised over EUR15 million to accelerate its European deployment and recruit top talents. At (COMPANY NAME), we aspire to promote soft mobility beyond our borders. Attached to the International team, you will be our ambassador, aiming to help us launch in the Italian market! Your missions: - In collaboration with our International teams (French, German and Spanish), you will assist in creating the first (COMPANY NAME) home-to-work carpooling network in Italy, collaborating with an Italian city that wants to deploy the (COMPANY NAME) solution for its residents. - Key Account Manager: In close collaboration with the city and major employers in the region, you daily oversee the project through regular indicator monitoring and action plan management. You are at the heart of the action, conducting field missions to develop the carpooling community (presentations to employers, employee and student outreach, etc.). - Business development: you support our sales team in presenting our carpooling offer to employers in the city to engage as many companies as possible in the project. Duration: 12 months (possibilities of VIE contract renewal or opportunities within the (COMPANY NAME) team afterward) Location: City in the North of Italy

Your profile: - A true adventurer, going alone abroad to establish a company in a new country from scratch is a challenge that excites you! - Alone in the field (to start) but supported daily by a great team based in France and Germany, you demonstrate great autonomy. - Organization, rigor, and reliability are meaningful to you. - You have a conquering spirit and a commercial soul. - You have good oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. - Dynamism is in your nature; you are a true "Swiss Army knife" and have a strong thirst for learning new things! - Bilingual in Italian and [French or English] ! All three would be perfect - Minimum 2 years of professional experience (including internships and apprenticeships!).
