Responsibilities
• Developing metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of the company and products on the environment• Devising strategies to combat environmental challenges• Supporting the implementation of sustainable strategies• Engaging with senior management, sales teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders• Measuring the environmental impact of engineering materials• Assisting in the development of circular value chains• Reducing dependency on fossil fuels• Addressing social issues in the value chain
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field• Master's degree in Sustainability, Green Energy, or CSR preferred• Experience in operations management or manufacturing• Knowledge of environmental sustainability principles• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders• Familiarity with circular economy concepts• Understanding of greenhouse gas emissions and waste management
