Responsibilities
• Managing and coordinating warehouse operators• Providing constant feedback to achieve daily production and productivity targets• Managing and controlling flows in the assigned area• Monitoring and achieving assigned operational and qualitative targets• Implementing analysis when required• Compiling reports• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal processing of daily merchandise flows• Using necessary IT systems (WMS, ERP, Excel) and other applications• Controlling operational activities in accordance with safety regulations• Working shifts, including weekends
Requirements
• Previous experience in logistics or team management• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Knowledge of English (B1) preferred• Availability to work shifts and weekends• Experience in using office software• Must have own vehicle
