Study Programs Planning & Management Office-Bocconi Internship

We are looking for an intern for our Study Programs Planning & Management Office, the team in charge of dealing with:
• Management of didactic related topics
? Preliminary activities related to didactic related topics and draft of the documents to be submitted to the Academic Bodies
? School Councils' Technical Secretariat activities
? Support to Deans, Program Directors and School administrative assistants in activities related to Study Programs management
• Study program planning
? Management of internal and ministerial procedures for the activation of new Study Programs and for their annual re-activation
? Management of MUR and Bocconi information systems related to study plans
The opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with insights on how the education system works from a privileged point of view, and deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with an international focus.
In particular, the intern will support the Staff of the Office in the following activities:
• Management of Study Program Committee Composition (3-y, 2-y, 5-y Programs)
• Website update in collaboration with Digital Content & Website Management (3-y, 2-y, Programs)
• Collaboration in preparatory activities that are necessary to undergo in Dec 24 the ANVUR process to get the renewal of the ministerial accreditation of the university
• Collaboration in Study Programs structure changes (modifiche di ordinamento)
• Collection, check and entering of information in the Ministerial Data Base System (3-y, 2-y, 5-y Programs)
• Support in preparing the documents for School Councils, drafting meeting minutes, organizing update meetings with administrative assistants
• Check of SDA specialized master programs' study plan
• Entering programs' study plan in Bocconi information system (u-gov)
Requirements:
• Graduated with a Master's Degree with outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in the international education market
We are offering 6 months paid internship
