As a Strategic Media Planner you will
* Lead the creation of the Brands media plans, to reach the right consumers with the right contents effectively and efficiently across the several platforms that serve videos across TV and the rest of the digital touchpoints
* Manage changes in the media plans according to different business needs and budget variation
* Test new ways of building plans to make it more effective
* Lead Activations. Activate Italy media plans in line with planned reach. Champion and drive Italy relevant Insights and Ideas to win the heart of our Consumers & Customers
* Ensure TV plans respond to brand needs/objectives and Build partnerships/initiatives as needed
* Maximise ROI of brand media plans
* Lead and implement 1:1 consumer plans

Job Qualifications
Work Experience:
* Experience of Italy media landscape. You will require a knowledge of Italy media landscape, AV, Print, OOH and digital including programmatic marketing, and activation of awareness and performance campaigns.
* Preferably, Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods' companies.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
* Proved experience on Strategic Media Planning in a Media Agency or Client, ideally both
* Mandatory, Microsoft Office Package. Analytical/Planning tools sych as AQX, Arianna, Nielsen Media Impact
* Preferably, past experience in TV planning
* Courageous Leader with media experience and willingness to continuously learn. We are seeking a business-minded doer with knowledge of the media marketing landscape who puts the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions. ​
* Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and push boundaries.
* Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.
