He/she will have to manage the store to offer excellent customer service constantly in line with company policy, share responsibility for commercial and image performance in compliance with the guidelines received; organize the work of the team, evaluating the results achieved and anticipating their needs.
The profile is completed by a passion for fashion industry and product knowledge combined with a proven client portfolio and a predisposition to work as part of a team to achieve set goals.

Profilo
- The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of retail experience and 5 years of management experience as a manager in retail in womenswear.
- Industry awareness, strong business acumen and target driven.
- Passion for the fashion Industry
- Excellent knowledge of English and at least one other language between French, Russian, Arabic
- Residency in Porto Cervo or willingness to relocate for the period from Mid-May to September.
- Support with the recruitment of two client advisor from June- September
The following skills are required of the candidate:
- Excellent skills in the assisted selling and customer retention.
- Excellent predisposition for teamwork, excellent communication, organizational and information sharing skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales management logic and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent organizational skills and personal initiative to identify opportunities and drive traffic in Boutique
- Knowledge of procedures and regulations in order to comply and implement them in Boutique management activities
- Analytical aptitude to monitor sales, review and agree on any corrective actions aimed at achieving assigned sales targets
- Timely management of stock and reassortments
- Selection and induction of new employees and management of them to develop their performance, adhere to shifts, support daily sales and back-office activities required in the management of the Boutique
