Stock Keeper

Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Stock Keeper for our flagship in Milano.
Main Responsibilities:
o    Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience: 
o    Play an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly
o    Under the guide of the store manager, be in charge of all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc.  
o    Execute excellence shipping to final clients
o    Properly shipping, receiving product and supplies, process and distribute invoices on time
o    Report any issues to Manager and take necessary steps to resolve
Soft Skills:
o    Passionate for the client experience with an in-depth knowledge of the stock work flow and the ability to envision a memorable client experience while enabling the team to be successfulo    Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration through relationships developed throughout the Jil Sander team
o    Dedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of merchandise.
o    Proactively provide the best possible experience to the Jil Sander customer contributing to establish Jil Sander as a truly customer centric brand
 
Requirements:
o    Good handling of numbers
o    Back-office skills and inventory/stock management
o    Previous experience as Stock keeper (at least 2 years)
o    Flexibility and availability to work during weekends 
o    Languages: proficiency in Italian and English
 
Nice to have:
o    Good knowledge of RBO, DRT e Power BI
