For the Italian production plant based at Latina we are looking for 1 Internship in the Manufacturing Science and Technology Center of Excellence (MSAT CoE) Knowledge Management team.
Activities
The Intern will be supporting and be trained on the following activities:
* Support the Manufacturing Science and Technology Knowledge Management activities.
* Help to create, update the elements of the digital tool platform use to contribute to the knowledge sharing inside and outside the Team.
* Updating and facilitating continuous improvement of the MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) Knowledge Center.
* Support the creation and update the information repository and information exchange platforms.
* Learn on how to support the activities aimed at monitoring existing metrics and creating new metrics using digital tools.
* Support the Knowledge Management communication campaigns.
* Support Knowledge content periodic review and maintenance activities.
* Support the use of Artificial Intelligence tools for Knowledge management activities.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, (CTF), Chemistry
* Great interest on digital communications and tools
* Willingness to cooperate and teamwork spirit
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (including Power Point and Excel)
* IT skills (i.e. European Computer Driving license, university courses, Artificial Intelligence) are a plus
* Proficiency in Italian
* Fluency in English
