Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Engineering Intern to join our Engineering Manufacturing Department at Latina Plant. Within the Engineering team, the intern will support the design and introduction of new pharma products within the site, as well as the implementation of equipment, systems and tools in the manufacturing & formulation area in order to meet the continuous changes in market needs. As well as you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovation projects, which are fundamental for the growth of the plant in terms of efficiency and right first time.
The internship will have the chance to cooperate with other departments supporting the design and the implementation of new equipment and technical solutions with them and suppliers.
It is therefore a particularly exciting opportunity, for those who wants to learn something about a new pharma industrial revolution phase that focuses heavily on inter-connectivity and new technologies.

The intern will be trained and support the following activities:
* Support the execution of engineering projects on manufacturing equipment
* Support the budget management associated to projects
* Support to data analyses and documental activities to implement projects
* Support in the coordination with other site functions and interactions with external suppliers in developing engineering solutions
* Support of continuous improvement of site processes and flows
Qualifications
? University Degree -Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
? Ability to build strong working partnerships, trust and credibility at all levels
? Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organization skills required
? Proficiency in English is required (B2 level and above)
? Interests in developing skills within pharmaceutical environment
? Good level of MS Office Package
