Il candidato/a scelto/a per lo Stage CURRICULARE in Risorse Umane parteciper?, durante il percorso di tirocinio in affiancamento al proprio Tutor e al resto del team HR , a diverse progettualit? e avr? la possibilit? di acquisire nuove e approfondire le conoscenze in :
* Talent development, attraverso la possibilit? di partecipare direttamente a diverse progettualit? nell'area del development, piani di sviluppo e engagement;
* Change mangement & design organizzativo, progetto di implementazione di un nuovo modello di business e all'introduzione di nuovi ruoli organizzativi e l'evoluzione di alcune figure professionali gi? presenti
* Creazione di un sistema di gestione, partecipazione alle attivit? e al sistema documentale necessarie per 'ottenimento della Certificazione Parit? di genere;
* Acquisendo capacit? relazionali e di lavoro in team complessi, acquisendo competenze osservando un contesto lavorativo e organizzativo dove ? valorizzato il lavoro cross funzionale, in contesto dinamico
Il candidato/a ideale avr? le seguenti caratteristiche:
* Prossimo Conseguimento della Laurea Specialistica in materie economiche o umanistiche o prossimo al conseguimento del Master in Human Resources (HR)
* Buon utilizzo di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
* Capacit? di analisi critica, eccellenti capacit? organizzative e capacit? di stabilire le priorit?, con attenzione ai dettagli,
* Curioso/a, desideroso/a di apprendere e
* Capacit? di lavorare in un cotesto dinamico e in forte cambiamento, di lavorare in team cross-funzionale, con la capacit? di lavorare in modo indipendente e collaborativo

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
