Solve client’s problemsby offering advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associatedissues. You will serve the interests of the corporation and may be called uponto provide business advice. You will receive requests for legal advice frombusiness leaders and HR partners and deciding on the most appropriate responsesto make to these requests. Your practice area will be focused on general legalcounseling.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, analyze and advise on complicated legal documents
Perform due diligence
Mitigate potential legal issues
Resolve legal disputes
Negotiate terms and conditions
Consulting
Interpret laws and regulations
Legal research
Support business legal matters
Coordinate with outside legal counsel
Develop strategies to avoid costly litigation
Support M&A deals
Standardize templates
Provide legal trainings to business team
Support digital transformation (promote usage of digital tools for legal matters)

YOU MUST HAVE
Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree majoring in law;passed bar exam
