PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Exploratory Medicine & Pharmacology (EMP) Clinical Research Scientist (CRS) participates in the following: responsible to develop, oversee and lead the overall China PK/PD strategy, as well as near- and long-term strategic and scientific focus and vision for China PK/PD strategy. As Subject Matter Expert (SME) for China regulatory guidelines and environment, provide consultation and guidance for other EMP scientists, expert reviewers, and group leaders (as needed) to support PK/PD need in China in China portfolio in all therapeutic areas; responsible for relationship-building with CDE reviewers and local academic/industrial leaders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ experiences of experience in PK/PD and Pharmacometrics
Knowledge of drug development process
Fluent in English; both written and verbal communications
Interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
Ability to influence others (both cross-functionally and within the function) in order to create a positive working environment.
Excellent teamwork skills
Willing to engage in domestic and international travel to the degree appropriate to support the business of the team.
