As an Application Engineer, you will work as a member of the team to develop optimized technical and commercial proposals.

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:

·       Providing technical expertise and develops technical and commercial solutions for both budgetary and firm pressure relief valve proposals.

·       Providing leadership and coordination for cross-functional and cross-regional reviews of technical and commercial proposals.

·       Mentoring and providing guidance to new Application Engineers. Developing and maintain deep knowledge valve technology and industry applications.

·       Supporting technical clarification meetings and negotiations with customers to fulfil customer needs, technical excellence and commercial viability of valve solutions.

·       Developing impressive awareness of designs and solutions for specialized pressure relief valve applications.

·       Being adaptive to workload change and be vigilant to support, and or to take ownership work assigned as a team player.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.

·       Have 5 years of experience in Application Engineering or technical sales in industrial process control valve or similar markets.

·       Have good oral and written communication skills.

·       Have great interpersonal and leadership & influence skills.

·       Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

·       Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
