Job summary
Project Manager Processi CRMSupport the responsible for the evolution needs of Marketing and CRMOptimize CRM through digital automation

Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and formalize the evolution needs of Marketing and CRM processes• Evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions by external suppliers• Manage system evolutions in collaboration with external suppliers• Propose improvements and solutions to enhance process efficiency• Optimize CRM through digital automation• Manage sales automation and sales performance processes• Constantly optimize website and social media channels for search engine visibility and usability
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing and Communication• At least 2 years of experience preferably in consulting companies• Functional knowledge of Marketing and CRM processes and systems (preferably Hubspot and/or Salesforce)• Project Management skills• Analytical skills and ability to work in a team• Excellent communication skills• Initiative, innovation, and attention to detail
