Non-small lung cancer:carcinogenesis, macrobiota and metabolomics

Among the factors involved in the process of carcinogenesis, the microbiota, its metabolic products interacting with the host, innate immunity factors, as well as microRNAs, seem to play an important role in non-small cell lung cancer.
For this study, we plan to enroll n=30 patients, divided into 2 groups of 15 patients each (case - control). Group A (case group) diagnosed with NSCLC lung cancer. Group B (control group) with negative diagnosis of lung cancer. In the pre -operative follow-up, each patient should provide a BAL sample, a fecal sample and a blood sample. ………
