The research task involves developing sensors for integrating into clothing or specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to monitor workers' health in Industry 5.0. The collaborator will explore innovative techniques like aerosol jet printing for cost-effective and flexible additive manufacturing of sensors. The focus is on creating a multi-sensing solution in PPE or workwear to monitor physiological parameters simultaneously. Sustainability considerations are crucial in material selection and manufacturing processes. The collaborator will analyze the current state-of-the-art, define materials and sensor characteristics, implement the development process, conduct testing, and perform experimental measurements using established methodologies.
