AGR/01 AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS AND RURAL APPRAISAL

The candidate will carry out his/her research activity in the
field of economics of the agri-food sector, with particular reference to the contents and
activities of the projects financed at the Department of Agri-food Economics (DEA). In
particular, the candidate will study the impact of changes in consumer preferences
through a series of studies on food demand. The candidate will analyse the socioeconomic
determinants of dietary changes and their relationship with health and environmental
impact, taking into account the effects of the policies applied by various countries.
