Responsibilities
• Assist the Chef Pasticcere in their tasks• Prepare and create cakes and pastries• Present the finished products• Supervise a team of pastry chefs• Provide on-the-job training for new hires
Requirements
• 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef di Pasticceria in structured laboratories and/or the hospitality sector• Hotel diploma and/or specialization courses in pastry• Good knowledge of banqueting and events dynamics• Creativity, passion, dynamism, and teamwork abilities• Knowledge of English is preferred
