Responsibilities
• Oversee and support executive chef on entire culinary operation• Maintain highest standards of food quality, presentation, and innovation• Lead and inspire a large culinary team in a positive and collaborative work environment• Craft innovative and diverse menus reflecting culinary trends and guest preferences• Maintain strict quality control measures for consistency and excellence• Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising on quality• Collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences aligned with luxury standards
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar upscale restaurants within luxury hospitality industry• Hospitality degree or equivalent demonstrating comprehensive understanding of food and innovative cooking techniques• Fluent in Italian and English languages• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications• Strong leadership skills, service-oriented, and guest-focused• Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills• Superb organizational and interpersonal skills with an approachable and fair demeanor• Maintains perfect grooming standards
