The Intern will support to the Solution Engineering team to design the best solutions to ensure Customer Success by:
* Craft technical solutions to support the need of our customers and prepare proposals
* Building reports and dashboards
* Support to building presentations in different formats (slides, videos, etc)
* Follow-up with the Sales Solution Engineer team on delivery and related activities
* Craft technical solutions to support the need of our customers engaging other internal stakeholders involved in the sales process (e.g. professional services, alliances, etc)
* Prepare technical proposals
* Support Solution Engineering operations and special projects
What we are looking for:
* Currently pursuing a university degree in an Italian University (Bachelor's or Master's), with graduation scheduled for 2025.
* Preferably a background in computer science or engineering
* Fluency in oral and written communications in Italian & English
* Eligibility to sign a University Agreement with your current university for the full duration of the internship
* Strong passion for technology
* Currently a student eager to assist and support the team in various projects and responsibilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and engage in self-study
* Excellent presentation skills
Preferred Requirements
* Knowledge of Java, JS, Databases or Cloud technologies is an advantage
* Previous work experience - a summer job, internship; if it's an experience in a related field or business, even better
* Experience delivering presentations/Demo
More Details
Start Date: 16th of September 2024
End Date: 31st of July of 2025
Paid internship
Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible either in the morning or afternoon)
