A leading Company in the Catering supplies sector, with an Italian branch located between Milan and Brescia, is looking for a: SHOWROOM MANAGER Ideal profile 1. Master's degree in economics/marketing, with an excellent curriculum studiorum;
2. Excellent personal standing;
3. Significant experience in the management of shops in the Food&Beverage sector;
4. Excellent relational, commercial and customer management skills, entrepreneurial attitude;
5. Passion for the Food&Beverage sector;
6. Strong commercial sense and aptitude for continuous improvement;
7. Motivation and determination, maturity, autonomy, problem solving, spirit of initiative/proactivity;
8. Tenacious, ambitious, positive person;
9. Dynamism, flexibility;
10. Habitual use of the most common computer applications (MS Office word, excel, outlook);
11. Italian and English fluent, written and spoken; preferable knowledge of German, written and spoken;
12. Domicile in the North-East Lombardy Area (Milan-Brescia). Job Description The selected candidate will autonomously perform the following activities: Representing the brands distributed by the Property;
Advise and sell the Company products to customers;
Suggest and sell services to satisfy the consumer: delivery, installation, commissioning, after-sales service, accessories, etc.;
Develop partnerships (media, advertisers, distributors, etc.) to increase sales and brand awareness;
Participate in the development of the Showroom communication, optimizing merchandising: layout, product display, window displays, in conjunction with the marketing department;
Guarantee the achievement of sales targets and develop the turnover with constancy and assertiveness;
Guarantee periodic reporting activities;
Management of administrative obligations of the Showroom activities;
Leading the showroom consultant team;
Other activities defined by the Property. Availability: immediate.
Workplace: in Italy, North-East Lombardy Area (Milan-Brescia).
Indicative allocation and salary: permanent contract, full-time, with trial period and training in Germany; remuneration to be defined in relation to candidate's abilities and experience.
