Job Description:

In your role as Shopper Marketing Support you will work within the Shopper Marketing team, providing support in the following activities:
* Develop category and products business plan, implementing promotional activities at customer level
* Manage Customer Business Plan: yearly target setting and budgeting, keeping constant tracking of customers financial KPIs
* Define priorities of product ranges for each selling channel and propose specific actions for each customer
* Execute yearly activation calendar to support customers profitability, proposing corrective actions if needed
* Collaborate with Marketing team to develop innovation strategy and launch of NPDs; define distribution targets and activation plans for customers
* Constantly support Sales Team and provide all relevant information and data (including market and distribution data, products range, etc…) to ensure the best negotiation possible with customers

To be successful in this role, you need to have:
* A Master's degree in Business Economics
* Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (knowledge of BW/BI is a plus)
* Must be fluent in English
* Be able to work closely with data, with strong analytical skills
* Be able to work under pressure, self-motivated and highly disciplined; flexible attitude and good team-player
Additional Information:
Internship for 6 months starting in April 2024, position based in Milan (hybrid work)
