Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as a member of project teams to provide expert support and feedback on non-clinical toxicology during drug discovery and development.
- Plan and monitor outsourced toxicity studies in compliance with GLP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Act as the focal point for CROs and providers, ensuring effective communication and smooth study execution.
- Review and finalize study documents such as protocols and reports, and contribute to the production and review of regulatory documentation.
- Provide preclinical support for Due Diligence activities and interact with regulatory authorities globally.
Requirements:
- Scientific Degree: You should hold a degree in a scientific discipline to be considered for this role.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the drug development process, toxicity databases, and national and international guidelines. Familiarity with biologic drug development is highly appreciated.
- Managerial Skills: Demonstrated ability in negotiation, planning, comprehension/synthesis of complex data, team working, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- International Experience: The role requires the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Fluent English: Strong language skills in English are essential.
