Responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering processes for new store installations and renovationsEnsuring procedures are followed and respected, while fostering effective communicationSupporting business development and project management

Responsibilities
• Partnering with internal RL departments for new projects and renovations• Supporting the selection of new locations and proposing financial ROI• Being the primary contact for local partners and supporting them on new project proposals• Managing the operations element of new store/corner projects• Monitoring build-out schedule and addressing bottlenecks• Creating templates and maintaining project-related files• Improving processes and providing input on store design• Tracking measures of success on opening performance• Managing legal documents and facilitating logistics and installations• Participating in executive presentations upon store opening• Preparing cost analysis and monitoring project-related costs• Managing maintenance of existing stores/corners• Scouting local vendors
Requirements
• Project management experience• Fluent in English (native a plus)• Open-minded and proactive• Team player with initiative• Able to work under pressure and prioritize• Hands-on and able to multitask• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Willingness to learn and share knowledge• Ability to build partnerships internally and externally• Problem-solving and solution-oriented
