We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the development of customer, business, competitor and healthcare insight to develop class-leading healthcare propositions.

- Develop new and in-life propositions and pathways for defined care categories across our Wellbeing portfolio and digital estate.
- Work with wider teams to create Digital first navigation and ‘access to care’ pathways that transform the user experience for our members.
- Monitor and review key customer metrics to create and deliver action plans that consistently improve the customer experience of our products and pathways.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to take Wellbeing propositions from concept to launch.
- Consistently develop and review customer, clinical, and business KPIs against plan to provide further feedback loops into new Proposition Development.
- Manage processes to proactively mitigate risk with a business which is regulated from a financial service and a clinical perspective.
- Coach junior members of the team in terms of agile proposition best practise methodology.
