- Lead large-scale system and software architecture design of new histology products.
- Lead design and testing effort for full software development lifecycle with an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Shapes design methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure medical product design meets the requirement for quality, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
- Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning.
- Formulate tech. and innovation roadmap to extend and strengthen product portfolio.
- Organize global/cross BU activities and events.
- Lead workflow/process creation and optimization impacting cross BU or global cooperation.
- Develop team and department’s technical competency following product/tech. roadmap.
