Your Tasks You support the integration and on-boarding of our portfolio companies with respect to the Mutares tax reporting and processesYou coordinate the processes for determining income taxes in accordance with IAS / IAS as part of the preparation of consolidated, annual and interim financial statementsYou monitor the Group's tax risks and support the analysis of regulatory changes in (inter)national tax law and develop recommendations for measures to minimise tax risksYou further develop the internal processes in the area of transfer pricing, as well as monitoring and coordinating statutory documentation obligations (including country-by-country reporting, DAC 6, Pillar II, etc.)You partner with the local finance team and Operations Finance workstream when it comes to tax and legal reorganization related projects Your Profile You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification with a specialisation in tax and finance/ accountingAt least 4 years of experience in a tax consulting firm and/ or in a tax department of a corporate group, specialising in one of the following areas: National and international tax lawTax accounting or accounting in accordance with local GAAP and IFRSTax compliance Affinity for implementation of digitalisation and automation projects as well as knowledge of foreign accounting / tax law is a plusExceptional entrepreneurship to find and implement creative solution combined with drive to solve complex problems as well as resilience during distressed situationsBusiness fluent (written and spoken) in English and one other European language What Mutares offers Working as part of a highly motivated, international, committed and agile team that enjoys working togetherExciting working environment with changing challenges and tasks for a continuous personal and professional developmentAttractive remuneration combined with flexible working hoursIntensive on-boarding phase in a collegial environmentRegular team events and offsites Apply now
