Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of key clients and develop long-term relationships• Understand specific customer needs and requirements, providing customized solutions and strategic advice• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requests and ensure high-quality service• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications market, trends, and emerging technologies• Collaborate with clients to define and implement cybersecurity, cloud, fiber optic, 5G, network design, and private cloud solutions aligned with their business needs• Conduct contract negotiations and monitor sales results to achieve established sales targets• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the telecommunications sector• In-depth knowledge of direct sales in the Telco industry• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, IT strategy, fiber optic, 5G, network design, and private cloud solutions• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of key clients• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Customer-oriented and ability to understand customers' business needs• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, demonstrating great flexibility and adaptability• In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications market, trends, and emerging technologies
