Looking for a Business Senior Auditor to join our audit team in MilanResponsible for end-to-end delivery of audit engagements in ItalyProviding insights to stakeholders and leading audit teams

Responsibilities
• Executing a portfolio of audit engagements with the support of the Audit Lead• Planning and risk assessment activities, determining audit scope and approaches• Performing fieldwork activities and using data analytics to improve audit results• Overseeing quality of outcomes and guiding, coaching, and supervising the team• Delivering the final audit report and contributing to the Group Audit global team
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting/Economics• Minimum 5/6 years of experience in Audit in insurance companies• Good understanding of industry, markets, guidelines, and regulatory environment• Strong knowledge of Italian regulation framework and internal control framework• Excellent project management and relationship management skills• Ability to influence teams and senior management executives• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English• Collaborative, flexible, and results-oriented mindset• Passion and enthusiasm to continue personal and professional growth
