Responsibilities
• Support banks, financial intermediaries, and insurance companies in analyzing the performance of their organizations to help them achieve their true potential and focus on their strategic priorities.• Dedicate yourself to the accounting review of annual, consolidated, and interim financial statements using increasingly innovative and efficient digital systems.• Evaluate accounting, management, and internal control systems procedures.• Contribute to issuing opinions on the appropriateness and accuracy of financial information.
Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in major audit firms working with clients in the financial sector.• Solid knowledge of annual and consolidated financial statements.• Fluency in spoken and written English.• Up-to-date with emerging technologies and attracted to digitalization.• Belief in teamwork and willingness to invest time in managing, developing, and caring for people.• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.• Distinguished by empathy, proactivity, and versatility.• Availability for travel and business trips in Italy and abroad.
