Senior Application Operator Location MILANO Via G.da Procida,24 20149 Milano (MI) Description You analyse and classify incoming technical enquiries and error messages from our customers and our service providers Maintain appropriate documentation You are responsible for the environment management and the operation of OBS and the operation of various interfaces to and from OBS. Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal and customer guidelines, as well as legal requirements The preparation and implementation of training courses are part of the support for our customers Collaboration in projects, e.g. in cooperation with the management levels of the banks, completes your diverse range of tasks. All in all, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the team and to customer satisfaction. Required Skills At least 5 years of previous experience with: LINUX, Oracle or other relational databases, and Apache Kafka. Originating from the banking sector. Mandatory knowledge of English (B2) , Knowledge of German desirable. Flexibility and accuracy; Degree in IT, or equivalent experience.
